my school doesent even block youtube holy christ

Apparantly I can't send e-mail from my college account containing Classical Civilisation based work, because 9 times out of ten, it'll have the name of atleast one person called 'lovetus'.

what

does your school want their students to die of infection or something
some might not even have a computer at home
i just checked it, guess they removed it

My school blocks everything, including anything with the name "proxy" in it. And they also key-log all the computers.

They recently blocked the Blockland Forums because I've been using it, they categorized it as "games".

Schools still use filters?
We hardly have anything blocked except for like really obvious stuff (guns, research, gore, etc)

VPN service.

Mine just added a filter too, and it's inaccurate with almost everything. The sad part is that now in most states all schools require filters, even in high schools like mine.

My school blocks YouTube (no brainer), some Wikipedia pages (stuff that is "violent" or "inappropiate"... I guess ancient rome and chernobyl are so bad they need to censor it), and some other forum which is G rated I go to sometimes, for the reason "inappropiate material". And it doesn't even block this forum  :cookieMonster:

My school gives me access to anything legal.

I'll just be in debt for a couple decades no biggie

my school's internet seems to filter out nearly anything with the word "game" in it

ironic, because it doesn't block most pages of the-cutting-room-floor and theoretically reaches adultswim just fine, except adultswim doesn't like you using https

Speaking of filter fails, if you try to type in "associative" like "associative property" than it'll go straight to the filter block page claiming research because of the word ass. The only way to get past that is to type the word from the end to the front, or leave the ass off till the end.

They can't get sopa on the whole country so they're just putting it on the schools.

I think your school knows about how stuffty Bing is
