I've grown quite a bit but I don't recall it causing hot flushes, bone aches and explosive stuffs.

ive never had pains during my "growth spurts"

I've had many injuries and aches that I couldn't pinpoint to a specific event, but the way I act I may have just forgotten about the minor ones.

"Oh, I fell off a cliff and broke my arm... I'll panic when something major happens."

Go to the doctor.
That's the only piece of useful advice we can give you.

Growing Pains aren't actually linked to growth spurts.
They were thought to be, hence the name, but it's not really known what causes them.

But yeah, OP doesn't have growing pains.
And his symptoms are too vague for anyone here to even begin to suggest a diagnosis.
Visit a doctor if and when you can. Take pain killers if necessary, but read the instructions first. Don't take any other medicines you may have unless instructed to by a doctor.

If you do have diarrhea and/or vomiting though, it's best to phone your doctor beforehand.
It's not appreciated when you come to a doctors office with a possibly infectious illness.
