Buying a PC, but may get a ps4 just in case.

atari 2600 master race

Well their the first models of the systems, i have my first model Xbox-360 which is kickin still and bulky as hell. It runs games well but cant go on Xbox live. Im fine with the old systems. I say go computer because you dont have to buy a new one every 5 years or so. Plus if your outdated with one component you cant just upgrade that single part

I got the ps4 and I have to say, holy stuff its actually decent. They cut the stuff they didn't need from the ps3 and made sure they won over xbone, they did bye the way.
I only got it just to play with my non master race friends who still think computers can't even run games. I proved them wrong when I brought AIO to school and played bf3 max settings right infront of them. With an Xbox controller. They thought it was like the work of god or something.

But yeah.

Computers>Nintendo>Sony>Microsoft>other third party stuff.

Better than getting money off your parents or some stuff like that.

Gaming PCs are highly expensive

You can build a computer that runs arma 2 and battlefield 3 for around 500 bucks. That is around the same price as a console.

And you can fix them if they break, and make them better once they get outdated..
I really don't understand why people even conciser consoles to be a liable option anymore..

guys get over it, pc will never be the premier gaming platform

if you can't sit on a couch with your boys and play a game it'll never become popular.  consoles are social, pcs are not

Most of the multiplayer games I've played on the Xbox 360 has seemed to only allow two people to play at once on a single console. Split-screen is being phased out, which is a shame, because now we actually have televisions big enough to play split-screen on comfortably.

you don't play multiplayer online, you play local death match or zombies or something.  couch gaming isn't dying, if you believe that you're nuts

No stuff. I mentioned split-screen two times. But I've still yet to play with three players on a single console in modern games.
