hello i am harm94 and i am global master mlg rts player i know everything about strategy

Every game has some degree of strategy to it, but I wouldn't put it the Strategy game. But true strategy games are games like Hearts of Iron, Command and Conquer, Civilization, Wargame, Total Annihilation, Supreme Commander, Planetary Annihilation.
Cool you mentioned a Paradox title (HoI 3) just to add on to that EU4,Vicky 2,CK2 (never played it but heard its good) etc.

Maybe in pre 30s.
Every game's community is stuff. Get used to it or play single player games for the rest of your life.
No strategy in those split pushes, ganks, ward placement, builds, rushes, securing objectives, baiting, making teamfight plays, or anything like that right?

Yes every community has stuff in it. But LOL's community Just hates new players honestly only seen that there so no.

this hurts, i cant understand it

LoL isn't even a strategy game.
Obviously I'm not as much of an almighty game genre guru as you are, but I'm 85% sure LoL is a strategy game, if not a subgenre of the strategy genre.

So... just RTS and TBS games?

So... just RTS and TBS games?
also grand strategies and real time tactics

Keyword Action, which means you control a single Hero unit and click to move it around the map like in a RTS game. Other than that, it is not an rts, in order to qualify as an rts you have the following: Base building, Resource gathering, army building an control of all units.

its a sub-genre of RTS so that makes it a type of RTS

how is it hard to understand.

Just because some guy put MOBA on the list doesn't mean it is. Yes it has roots in the RTS genre because DOTA(which has roots in the starcraft map Aeon of Strife) started out as a map for Warcraft3, but League is not an RTS. It's like Heavy Metal and Rock and Roll. Does Metal have roots in Rock? Yes. Is metal rock? No. Is rock metal? No.

League has a level-up progression system, so does that make it an RPG? Do you crawl through dungeons, carry out quests, battle a final boss, and have the game world change through your actions? Nope. There is a reason why games like Aos, Dota, and League are refered to as MOBAs or Hero Defense and not RTS's or RPGS. They simply lack all of the qualities of an RTS or RPG to fit into those genres and that is why they are in their own genre.

I still remember that League of Legends being declared a sport bullstuff too.

cool but so far none of it has been strategic.

also theres a lot more to the game then what you think the only strategy is.

in order to qualify as an rts you have the following: Base building, Resource gathering, army building an control of all units.

You're thinking of the "Real-time tactics" genre, which is a sub-genre of real-time strategy. While these points you've listed to help define real-time strategy games, they aren't only exclusive to that genre.

In order for a game to qualify as a real-time strategy game, it must progress in real-time, as opposed to turn-based strategies like the franchise "Civilization", and have gameplay that revolves around strategic thinking and have a set goal to fulfill.

If League of Legends' gameplay progresses through real-time and revolves around strategic thinking and planning, it's a real-time strategy. This also goes for MOBAs, too.

Why do people go on talking about things that they have no information or prior knowledge to?
