i never found it that difficult, when i got ranked at SEM i basically continually pushed upwards except for one derank in gold novas up until DMG, which is where I'm at now. Played a lot of matches and haven't ranked up so i figure im at my skill level now

I've never thankfully deranked (yet), although I've been definitely close. Getting to GN2 was probably the easiest rank up for me so far.
I win and lose constantly so I have no idea when I'll get promoted or demoted
