Just FYI you don't have to be all three
You can have one of them and qualify to join
So that's you're either level 3, have a comp rank, or have more than 50 hours.
No need for all three, just one of the above is good enough.

Not to mention they are all also russian, on russian servers, so I have really bad ping. It's weird, it's been like a month since I've been paired with US, besides the games I play on faceit
