Author Topic: Enough with the "Stop using Windows 8" bandwagon.  (Read 5234 times)

I agree that people shouldn't try to be so annoyingly unhelpful in just blaming windows 8 and calling it rubbish.
But it's also a valid opinion that people can have. If someone is asking for help however then you shouldn't really just post about how you dislike the OS.
Equally valid I suppose however is that people with Windows 8 problems would be better off going to get support from Microsoft, or atleast visiting a forum dedicated to computing/Windows.

My mum got a new laptop for Christmas and it came with Windows 8.
I must admit, despite using Windows Operating Systems for years, I've found it rather confusing.
Plus being on a laptop, which is annoyingly sensitive, I keep opening loads of windows and things by accident.

You should drama unhelpfulness instead.

feel sorry for the poorcigarettes who cant afford upgrading to the superior windows 8 but try to justify sticking with windows 7
Except my brother has it and every time I need to help him with something I want to run headfirst into a wall.

Windows 8 is actually slightly faster than Windows 7. The reason that people hate Windows 8 is because of it's interface, humans just hate change.

I don't mind change. I didn't mind the change from 98 to XP. From XP to Vista. From XP to W7. From W7 to Ubuntu. Even Mac's interface. From DS to 3DS. From PSP to Vita. 95% of Youtube's changes I didn't mind (cept their latest one. It needed to be changed but not to this.)  My family's moved a lot and I enjoyed every single house.

Windows 8's interface and system is bad.

I prefer Windows 7.  I don't really think I could get into Windows 8.

lol, i don't know why people post that windows 8 sucks, loving bullstuff. i have windows 8 and i can play all of my games Even the original sims.

Aaand it's moved.
My point still stands. I'm gonna modify the title though.

what if they don't like it

this title is pretty much synonymous with the last one

I just like Windows 7 better because it's all in one place without extra menus.

what if they don't like it
wait, what? I don't think that's the point of the topic.

It's a little more fitting.

This x3 for my entire family.
But hey. It ain't Linux.
