"un solo jugador" is fine as-is actually
"singleplayer" isn't an adjective rather than a noun and because an equivalent doesn't really exist in spanish then instead we're describing the server with a noun that it's for a single player
or maybe "para un solo jugador" would make more sense but that's too long
and i'm pretty sure a lot of games use "un solo jugador" for their spanish language versions

also using an infinitive for a gamemode's name is kind of icky

but in Spanish there's no equivalent
