well normally yeah, but isn't rtb still owned? to buy an owned so main, its not always the same price as a new one.

ephi may not be hosting anything on it, but that doesn't mean its not his still.
you can make bids through domain sites to buy any domain, price usually based on traffic, and the owner has to accept it.
