I'm underweight and I spend all my time in front of a monitor. 2gud.

Everyone in my family is a fatass except me :p pretty much everyone in my extended family is.

underweight but strong legs :D

slightly overweight but im still athletic

I ran 5.5 miles today and felt so out of shape. Ever since sports ended I've been a total fatass.

I never play sports just because there is always people better than me, but I'd absolutely love to play baseball.  My current stats are 5' 6" (last measurement about nine months ago, so might be taller) and approx. 130lbs.  I can easily hike/walk 5+ miles before feeling even slight fatigue, but I can't run much before having pain in my side.

but I can't run much before having pain in my side.
don't drink too much or too little water before you go running, this is the main cause for cramps

wtf i'm 5' 6" ft 1/4 & 113 lbs

i'm like 20-40 lbs overweight. i'd like to blame it on my metabolism but objectively my diet is pretty stuffty. i used to go to the gym a few times a week, and lost like 10 lbs, but then I stopped once winter break occurred. finals was right after that so i didn't have much recovery time. i think i'll start going back on tuesday.

edit: it's pretty interesting because starting this year, chicago public high schools will have a 4 year PE requirement, which you can get waived by doing a sport. now my schedule is forgeted because some stuff i wanted to take is going to be PE. so i have a legit academic reason to lose weight now.

be sure to take some salt and a drink before running, it'll help you restock and prevents salt deprivation/dehydration after warming up, unless you aren't the sweaty type.
