stuff brown.

god damnit it is cruel how unfunny you are

anyhow im really thinking between maroon and white now. I'll have to look in the prices for the kind of maroon i'd want though

stuff brown is good because if your car is full of mud, no one will notice the difference between the color and the mud. You'll save hundreds in car washing.

who the forget gets their car to the point of stuffbrown on a daily basis though anyways

Are you that much of a typical cliche redneck?

Also I like the color it is right now.

I loving hate rednecks lol. Most rednecks like fords and toyota tacomas n stuff god forget just why.

who was it that said i was a mullet away from a trailerpark dream now that i had an el camino?

Where have you been? You're right about the Tacomas, but holy forget every single time I hear rednecks talking about trucks they are stuffting on Fords and acting like Chevy is God.  And trust me, I know a LOT of rednecks.

I love both Ford and Chevy equally. But I wouldn't drive a truck.

Please elaborate.

My brother worked for a GM/Dodge dealership a few years ago as a mechanic.  They had GMC Acadias coming in with 30k miles on them, with the transmissions completely trashed, not because of the people driving them, just because GM doesn't know how to do stuff.  On top of that, Silverados and Sierras would frequently be brought in to get the engine replaced entirely, because the piston rings would go out and before anything was done about it the engine would be ruined.  On top of that, the 6.2L Duramax is also pretty handicapped, things like injectors going bad and stuff.  Oh, you can't forget the Chevy Cobalt, which has some of the junkiest steering components you'll find on any car anywhere.

Yes I understand the 6.0L Powerstroke had its problems but if you decided to take the more well informed road you would pick up a truck with a 7.3 Powerstroke instead. And yes the 5.4L Triton engines had problems with cam phasers but all that caused was a ticking, in most cases.  Both my brother's and dad's truck have that problem and it isn't affecting anything.

Meanwhile my whole family has owned Fords for all eternity and have never had any problems with them.

The truth is, American cars and trucks in general took an enormous stuff in the late seventies and still haven't completely pulled themselves out of the toilet.  Every brand has it's problems, but they are slowly but surely (and collectively) improving.
