im so jelly I have a stuff computer, the game is sitting there calling to me and I can't, it's sad

You just took those right off the page, reported for research

i apologize

welp, i'm probably gonna try buying this soon

i know i've acted all hyped but if i bought it would i really enjoy it?

it's all fun and games until you have to paaay

ahhh forget it i bought it lol

edit: awwww forget you bought it. Hahahah. ITS WORTH, DONT WORRY

have fun mate

in all honesty, i wouldnt think so. This game is mainly for those who wish to fulfill their spaceship dreams, but you really need to have the patience for building. As most of us here play Blockland I am pretty sure you can tell if you would enjoy this game based on how often you were actually able to build stuff on Blockland.

And even right now theres no clear objective to this game besides seeing how long you can survive out in space off of just rocks. So the only real reason to buy this game is for the ship builder.

That is unless you can find friends to play with, then it becomes a lot more fun.

Still, the game gets updated weekly, modders are pumping out new stuff constantly as well, and this games only getting better, so it is deffinitely a worthy investment. The price might go up later too, seeing how this is still in alpha.

Me personally though, I havent had a single regret buying this. It truly is one of my all time favorite games ^ ^

well then it's like starmade but with a better development cycle and more features <3

i'd honestly say starmade has more in terms of features where it currently stands, but it's getting up there

i've currently got a world that i've spent a stuffload of time fleshing out (beacons hundreds of kilometers out, complex antenna network, multiple stations, etc). when these planets release, would i have to restart to get them to generate? or would i just have to go out like 500 kilometers in order to find one?

gonna have to start a new one, more likely than not.

imagine landing a capital ship on this thing, opening up the main hanger and rolling out the mobile base to start mining.
I can hardly wait.

Capital ships in my mind would probably stay up in orbit and transport ships would go down to the planet's surface and transport vehicles and the like.

Hopefully the ships react to gravity and a massive ship like this would end up plummeting to the ground in a fiery explosion, raining debris for miles.

Update:

Auto-pilot for ships (or ship waypoints) has been added. The auto-pilot will work only when you have a Remote Control block on your ship. It will follow the GPS coordinates that has been added to the Remote control's list. There are currently 3 modes in which the ships will follow the waypoints: Patrol, Circle and One Way. Lastly, GPS sorting by name has been added to the game.
