Sorry if this was already answered, I only skimmed through this thread.

How are you even making this game? What programs? Is it Stencyl?

The only information I can find about this game is the artwork, sprites, and such.

Brian Smith has his own engine.

I know it sucks, but I have a feeling this game may not ever be finished. My artists never work anymore, and when I ask them to, they're like "ok" and get nothing done.

Unfortunately this is usually what happens with indie games. You have to have an extremely dedicated team, or else it will crash and burn.

The reason why I wanted to know the engine is because I'm interested in making my own games. I know Stencyl is out there, but I'm concerned as to how complex games can be with it. I want to make a game that uses a power-up system similar to Kirby 64, ie, if you mix two power-ups, you get a new one. ( Electric Kirby + Ice Kirby = Refrigerator Kirby, Needle Kirby + Needle Kirby = Swiss Army Knife Kirby )

jesus steve that's amazing
needs a plane crashing into the ground and freaking out and getting thrown into space though.

This is awesome. Can't believe it's actually progressed this far

Don't get your hopes up.

Steve, you're now my official brother.

I'm gonna have to call off the project, guys. There's no way we can finish this unless we have either donations of some kind or my workers actually work (crispy and briansmith you guys are doing a great job but you can't do it alone)

If anyone here objects and is willing to help out, please post so.

Time is what you need, that's it. I am also looking into learning some kind of code so yeah.

I can help, if that's okay.

Look at the to-do list in the OP and make sure your frames for players and enemies are 21x23 each.
