Mexico proposes a quadruple military alliance between Colombia, Chile, Brazil, and itself. This military alliance would share all military technology and take part in join-training exercises. If any one of these countries is attacked, then the other three would come to it's aid. Mexico will willingly help these other three countries will military build-up and industrialization. Standardized weapons, magazines, military organization, and a combined command would be part of the military alliance.
