....so you're going to be tribal by dismissing our arguments on the basis that we're
I recognize that racism exists - both ways - but you don't fight racism with more loving racism.
I'm dismissing them on the basis that you're
a buncha white people who think racism doesn't exist anymore (unless it's against white people of course)
nobody's trying to fight racism with racism. that's just what you think is happening because you don't understand what affirmative action is

my ass is whiter than sour cream
well i learned something

why don't we just paint everyone purple to just end racism entirely

Coming down to it, this action isn't racism because:

A) How do you define a minority? Sure as hell isn't "Anybody who isn't white",

B) Giving specific groups an educational edge over another is just a-okay isn't it,

why don't we just paint everyone purple to just end racism entirely

"ACTUALLY WE'RE THE GRAYEST AND THE BLOBBIEST"

"everyone else" is a buncha white people who think racism doesn't exist anymore (unless it's against white people of course) so who cares

I'm not white. And I would lose my advantage if they drop this in my state as wel.
And I still support ending it

a. yes it is. white people are the majority in the united states, and all of the other races are minorities
b. that isn't what's happening. why is this so hard to understand

I'm dismissing them on the basis that you'renobody's trying to fight racism with racism. that's just what you think is happening because you don't understand what affirmative action is
so we're back at square one
you can't read a loving definition
you think i can't read a loving definition

B) Giving specific groups an educational edge over another is just a-okay isn't it,
No, it isn't. It's the exact opposite of fair and please notice that what you're describing is discrimination. If you stop thinking about who this is referring to, this is essentially the definition of discrimination in regards to education. Why should certain people get an education edge if they put in the same amount of effort?

yes we are...
World wide we're not even a fifth of the human race.

World wide we're not even a fifth of the human race.

well this is america so

Night Fox:

Gratz v. Bollinger

that's what affirmative action is about. jesus christ do you people read anything? it requires institutions to consider minority applicants as much as they'd consider a white one
The thing is they overstep it and most often consider minorities more than whites.  The basis becomes that, and not the idealized system that affirmative action was supposed to represent.

when sources backfire

World wide we're not even a fifth of the human race.

This isn't about a world issue, though. This is exclusively in the United States, where white people are the majority. According to the US census from 2012, 78% of the U.S. is white alone.

Asian countries for the Asians.
Jewish countries for the jews.
