Uranium. Does. Not. Have. The. Power. To. Mutate. Humans.
Uranium. Is. Not. A. Virus.
If it was, Japan would've been infected with zombies a long time ago.

Lock this and never speak of it again.

Uhh, yes it does.

Uhh, yes it does.
Radiation. Either zombies, cancer, or giant lizards can result from this.

Uranium is radioactive meaning it emits particles small enough to penetrate the human bodies outside. A common misconception is that a particle can knock out a pice of DNA (Which is true) and cause a mutation such as a superpower. Unless you think cancer is a superpower, than your in luck.
But uranium does have to power to mutate humans, or any other living being for that matter.

"Mutation" as in:
A. Common cliche Hollywood "Mutants"
B. Zombies

That is what the standard "Mutant" is.
The only mutations caused by radiation are cancer and deformities.

What about national socialist zombies and the 115?

Except radiation can mutate a cell in so many different ways you can't know that. Sure it's unlikely to happen, and it's unlikely to happen to more than one or two cells, but there's no guarantee that radiation can't cause a "helpful" or non-damaging mutation.

There's a difference between probability and possibility.

probability and realism are almost irrelevant when you're doing something fictional for the purpose of fun
