Vox attacked us while we were all offline with a titan he had bought before the new economy sys. stuff sucks but we'll have to make do. Most of the stations are gone, and I'm pretty sure that by the time I log in tomorrow most of everything in orbit of the homeworld will be gone. Oh well. I don't recommend any offensive action at the moment, there's really not much we can do against them. As far as mining operations go, we'll figure something out.

Bluh, I pulled the "internet tuff guy" card when I went to intercept and engage him because 1) It's 2AM and I'm exhausted from IRL work 2) There was literally no chance I had against this guy's doomcruiser and I wasn't going to feed him more resources and 3) I've had a very stressful week to start with.

So honestly just ignore him for now. Yeah, I ran. There really wasn't much I could do against his ship. If he keeps popping up in our space just warp out and play the avoidance game. I have two ikagi BPs filled up and ready to go, I'm waiting from a hotfix from skoomer.

On the other hand, it'd be a lot easier to just forget off from the server and focus on school for the next week and a half. I dunno. I'll figure it out in the morning. But if you log in and your stuff is blown up, you know why now.

I don't know how stuff works, but I'll focus on making a mining ship if resources are needed.

He's promised to remain outside of our space. If he's found to have broken the treaty, do NOT engage alone. Notify myself or one of the admirals and we'll figure out a plan of action.

In the meantime, lets get our industrial fleet rebuilt. I'm spawning in a comb miner tonight and I'll be doing some work on nearby planets that we still control. Let's not get caught with our pants down again.

I aint about that doublepost life but starmade has just been release for early accessaroo on steam. If you already own the game, they're working on a way to allow existing owners to claim their steam copy.

My friend and I are just getting into this game and we are playing on my own server for now to get used to the game before going on a public server. I was just wondering a few things. First off, do pirates just spawn randomly or is there a specific place because we haven't come across any yet. Also, is there a better way to get crystals/ores or whatever? because right now we are just using salvage beams and it still doesn't give us much and the factories use a ton even though I'm just using it for myself. Thanks.

Pirates do spawn randomly but it's much more likely in void space.

Best way to get ores is to mine in factioned systems. In factioned space, theres a 6x bonus to your mining income. In space that is owned by YOUR faction, there is a 12x bonus.
