It's $40, I just pre-ordered it a few days ago.

it'd be a pain in the ass if it was $60 because then you'd have to add $100 in funds if your wallet was empty

the uk eshop can put in exactly the money needed, wouldve thought theyed do it to other regions

i don't understand why people would prefer downloading 3ds games over owning a cartridge

for me its just cause I'm too lazy to go to the store

i prefer having a physical item cause then it wont fill up the sd card

i prefer having a physical item cause then it wont fill up the sd card
I have very little Gb on my 3DS so i can pretty much only but physical copies
It's not that bad though because i love physical copies more than digital ones
It's a proof of purchase to me

I MAY get a physical copy though

faster loading speeds, you can't lose it/get a cartridge stolen

faster loading speeds, you can't lose it/get a cartridge stolen
If the 3DS is stolen, that's a different story, so don't refute the quotes with "What if the 3ds gets stolen?"
Response if that should be asked: Why did you put it in a place where it could be stolen?

pros of downloading:
 - you get to uninstall purchased games and redownload them off the eshop
 - you don't get forgeted via possible accidental cartridge tilts
 - you don't have to worry about losing your cartridges because there are none
 - ULTRA useful if you don't have any nintendo shops in your city

cons of downloading:
 - if you have the default 2gb SD card and/or a slow download speed You Are forgeted

to elaborate: pokemon x takes up ~90% of the space and only leaves room for the (stuffty) free youtube app. if you plan on downloading get a better SD card asap.

having the 3ds stolen is irrelevant.

get a new 3ds and download the game

Isn't another con to the downloaded 3DS games that you cannot move the data between systems like you can with game carts?

nintendo shops in your city

what the hell is that supposed to mean?

nintendo shops?

faster loading speeds, you can't lose it/get a cartridge stolen

wow really? didn't even know about that
but if your 3ds gets stolen all your games are gone :(

i've never had a cartridge stolen, probably because i always keep them in the boxes
