unless you mean that you can see it but not play it
because that's just because there's online and you'd play against question marks if they didnt
Unless they plan on periodically adding all of the characters they were already planning to add into the game it seems worthless to add their videos in an update before the actual character announcement is out. People were bound to find it.
I know it was supposed to be a suprise but it's one day before the announcement itself.
I guess it's not locking content on there as much as it is putting content in just to put it in.
