except new characters don't add or take away anything from the game

the entire roster is already completed, but the dlc characters are just nice little extras for those who want to spend the extra money

the difference is that you can get and practice against wii fit trainer without having to pay money
with ryu you have to find someone who uses him who doesnt immediately tear your starfish apart cause you dont know how to counter him cause you'll have literally NO possible way to have experience beforehand.

the point is, they have a character with an entirely different moveset that you dont have cause you didnt pay any money. its unfair.

I agree with the paywall thing

But I just now got Roy's moveset down from playing a roy for like 15 battles. Just take advantage of everyone playing them to get used to them.

It's weird playing DLC characters because it always feels hard to strategize against something you've never played as.

sure it may be good, but its still unfair to people who dont have more money to throw at the game
giving people extra characters with completely new movesets is on the brink of being Pay to win, it tips over if the characters they're offering for money are better than a majority of characters available for free.

It's not hard to adjust to these new characters at all.

Play against them with your main while they play with an entirely new character. Should balance things out.
