when you see a stuffload of energy balls at the top of the screen the robot will raise the stage so they hit you

when you see it grow a red tumor and it starts tracking you around he will slam it down and explode then the spore-like things will explode like X bombs

when it does a hand slash motion wait for like a second and block or evade, thats when the actual attack will hit you

when it makes two grabby hands appear just roll through them so they dont get you

What program do you use to make these?

I use Sumo Paint to make the colored background, Livebrush to do the splatter effect, and Paint.net to make the blurry shadow and various glow effects.
EDIT: Sumo Paint has a website and Livebrush came on my Bamboo Tablet.
