Can someone explain to me how Roy is a clone?

The only two similar moves are Dancing Blade and Counter but even then, Roy's Dancing Blade is quite different
To determine if someone is a clone you don't just look at their specials.

Ok, then how else is Roy a clone?

Depends what you mean by clone. Obviously their movesets are based off one anothers, like Dr. Mario and Mario. But Roy and Marth are completely different characters. The position of Roy's sweetspots on his sword make all the difference. The tip of his sword has too little knockback to be effective, which is why he's bottom 5 on the tier list. He's really hard to play, being that he's a fast falling heavy with mid speed aerials. You have to be punishably close to get anything out of his attacks. That's why there are so few decent Roy players. Marth is just better in almost every category.

op update my stuff pls

in at least Project M I see no problem playing as him

Why do I always pick the lowteir fighters ;-;

Teirs are dumb, dont listen to them. If you can play with a character and wreck shop, thats a good character in my book
I used to love playing as Young Link and wrekt shop as him

Agreed, Mega Man isn't low tier to me, he is still a great character, he just requires practice.

Wouldn't it be great if instead of giving Lucina Marth's move-set, to make her more Roy esque

it's like the board game version of mario kart

Using Mii gunner how do you perfect pivot Neutral B?
it always seems to use Side B.
