Falco's not terrible, he's not that great though. General consensus is he got nerfed hard from the other smash games.

No doubt. His chain of down throw into grab was removed from it's former glory, his only fast aerial move is his back air, and his down tilt seems a lot less powerful than it used to be.

perhaps you're not used to the speed
although kirby and little mac are a weird exception
because kirby is floaty and mac is fast and also easier to knock away than you'd expect

I can play Captain falcon, Kirby, Game and watch, jigglypuff, Ike and Toon link pretty well
most of the other characters I either rarely play or suck at

i play captain falcon for the lols and donkey kong for the forward air because it makes me laugh
i feel like i can at least competently play 90% of cast aside from marth because i don't know proper tipper lengths and what his moves do in different situations or how to utilize them

well like i can use wario, dedede, ganondorf, bowser, etc fine

but when i tried using someone like zero suit samus, marth, duck hunt, i always screw up or don't do good at all, marth isn't even a very fast character but i still screw up with him

meta knight is another guy i can use too, but that's probably because all of his specials can be used as a recovery

Again, play some matches and see what you mess up on
A good practice strategy is to save all of your replays and see what you could have done differently
Without personally being able to brown townyze your playstyle differences and choices I can't offer any kind of proper advice that would actually help
Keep at it is all I can really say
It sounds like to me that you can't handle the quicker style which still is a little weird but its possible

Apparently there's a leaked picture of Mewtwo and [spoilers]Lucas[/spoilers] on Smash for 3DS going around. (link) It is fake. First, Mewtwo's portrait looks like the same exact cropped image from the 50-fact extravaganza. Next, if you look at the bottom screen, the username on the P1 fighter selection is "Program" while the username on the bottom bar is "Nathan". Unless it's possible to use custom names in Smash for 3DS. There were two more images along with the first one. Let's look at one of them, shall we? (link) Look at Mewtwo! Mewtwo isn't that tall at all. Once again, it looks like the same exact cropped image from the 50-fact extravaganza. Let's look at the other image.
