the only legit gripe about custom moves is how obnoxious it is to grind them out and so some people may have a stuffload of custom moves while others are left bare because they didnt farm orders or whatever

if everyone has or is close to the full set for their fav characters or doesnt care about them sure lets do it but if not i dont think so yet

i just mean because it's just bad practice to change up the rules in the middle of the week; i don't have an issue with them and i think they're fine and add a lot of depth to the game and matchups, but i feel as if people don't really like having the rules switched on them
i mean if people want them sure whatever i'll allow it but that's my reasoning

If there are specific moves that are considered OP then we either 1. Adjust because there's yet to be anything in smash that cannot be beaten (citation needed) or 2. if everyone agrees, outright ban it. There's no reason everyone wouldn't opt to ban a move if it's considered OP by everyone. It is OUR tournament.

I have like barely any custom moves but if we're gonna enable them guess I'm just gonna have to kick ass with default then.

also this is just custom moves and none of those modifier things that increase strength,speed,defense right?

cause basically anyone with an autohealer will win with little to no difficulty against someone who doesn't.

If you guys seriously for whatever reason want customs for saturday, there will be no equipment. The only thing that'll be allowed will be moves.
If you do use equipment, I feel as though the match should be forfeit.

yeah, if a move is too ridiculous that it wins games on its own (not counting players being silly) then that's a time for a ban on a move

As it stands since it seems like the majority want custom moves, it'll happen but that's the fullest extent that ill go to for the weeklies I host

i might try and get my parents to let me use the television for the time being sorry i'm stupid i can just use the gamepad
also if someone uses a custom move they should have to tell everyone so they can't keep them secret and throw others off with it, like don't use ganon's warlock punch the entire match and then when they're high percent come out and use the warlock lunge unexpectedly
