You don't need to put anything in Willpower, since it's determined by your Guts and Intellect. I know, confusing, but 800 is a strange number when compared to 700. I will update once I get a few things straightened out.

I don't think I added a debuffing skill, so thanks for reminding me! I'll make it so that it lowers the web resistance (which is still relevant despite being only mentioned on the first post).

On that subject, expect the web resistance to go up once people start doing a lot more damage.
