Don't save large ammounts of money then, just spend it directly if you want to upgrade walls

You'll also get raided less if you have less money
For example I wouldn't attack any base that has less than 100k elixir (to pay for army) or less than 100k gold (not worth the time waiting for new army) and I'm pretty sure many people think similar

So I was raided
I went to attack again which got rid of my shield (Accidentally, I tried to back out)
Got raided again. Luckily he only got to 40% before all his troops died, but that was stupid..

I attacked a level 9 (upgrading to level 10) town hall base yesterday and got 180k gold and 210k elixir with 77% destruction.
