I haven't had any lucid dreams for a while but I can easily remember mine without writing them down

Last night I had an awesome dream about beating someone to death with a wrench in a love shop then I somehow managed to do the do with my best friend

You should get into the habit of writing down your dreams or any other way to remember them... once you're able to do that, practice putting your body to sleep while keeping your mind awake. I just lay there until my body goes numb and I start tripping more than usual.

I was in sleep paralysis once.
If I ever did have a lucid dream that generates material from the deep subconscious, My mind would probably throw my arachnophobia into the dream.

whats the easiest way to lucid dream?

Don't move at all when you're in bed; don't scratch, don't swallow, don't do anything other than breath

then you'll be awake when your body enters sleep paralysis and then you just start imagining things while saying "i'm dreaming" or something like that to keep you aware that you're entering the dream state.

At least, that's what I've heard. I should probably let an expert explain.

You'll probably dream about it now since you put the thought of dreaming about it in your head

Goddamn, if it were that easy I'd be having the best dreams ever.

Sleep Paralysis + ESP Experiment + Room Ambience=

what does this staying still do? also, can you feel pain in the dreams? say if scout hit you upside the head with an aluminum bat? or getting shot with a scattergun?
