and they act like a control whore, telling everyone what to do, so they want to prevent their so called "self esteem" from going into the floor.
i mean seriously i get called a richard and stuff sometimes and my self esteem doesnt change

thats because with male authority it seems like male's have more power in what they are actually doing, so when a woman comes up and changes everything by using authority, they get bitchy and act like they want to be treated like they're the top class, so thats why men call them a bitch and they dont want them leading stuff, because men know in the end that the women leading the role are just going to forget up or something

what the forget does bossy have to do with anything? this is an entirely different campaign. you're pulling stuff out of your ass. you can't just generalize all of female authority like that. i don't know how you think you're qualified to say stuff like this when you're like 12.

The people who worked on this project most likely supported all the way. But they wouldn't have made if they couldn't make money off of it long term. The stockholders wouldn't allow it. This project was also intended to make google seem better among their completion, not just to make money. That's a huge reason why they decided to spend money on this project oppose to other ones, Google wanted to seem better than their completion so they could be more popular among the masses.

Considering the reaction this got from the Blockland forum, they're not attempting to appeal to "the masses", but women.

most girls i know, including myself most of the time, shy away from leadership roles simply because people dont respect female authority the same way they respect male authority at all. leadership qualities are seen as strong and attractive in a man, and bitchy and nagging in a female.

Well basic human rights deem us to do as we please so long as we are prepared for consequences of others doing as THEY please. So we find a safe middle ground that we can both live in.

Third wave feminism still concerns itself with human rights, although what they're doing isn't as tangible. That doesn't mean it's insubstantial. First wave feminists were fighting for the right to vote, own land, etc. They just needed laws passed. Second and third wave concern[ed] themselves with the values of our society and how they hurt women. This topic is pretty good evidence that feminism's role still isn't over, people are still stuffting on attempts by feminism to get rid of gender disparities in certain fields.

Women shy away from these fields because gender roles. They're made to believe only men pursue certain careers.
