ok, pretty sure the scripture is referring to the ten commandments.  Those are to be kept. But things like sacrifing animal has become obsolete due to Jesus' sacrifice.

The Matthew one appears to be taken out of context. I'd need to see more verses of it. Just saying "these commandments" can mean something totally different than the ten in the OT.

I'm missing the problem in the Luke one. Is it something about "the law" or am I looking past it.

2 Timothy one is saying God is the inspiration for Scripture and commanded everything related to rules and the likes found throughout the bible, but says nothing about changes being made after the resurrection and the new church, which I believe are primarily found in Acts.

Assuming this is what it means, Jesus is saying that he came to first of all fulfill the age old prophecies from Isaiah, Micah, Jeremiah, etc to prove that he was truly their "long awaited Messiah", but at the same time, the old testament was not rendered useless. Ten commandments are pretty central to the OT so obviously they still apply, but things such as how to set up the Holy Tent on the desert of Sinai and disputes in slavery (which to my knowledge was not widely practiced anymore except in war settings) wouldn't even be possible to accomplish. I'm new to calling the OT the "law" so I'll have to look things up and add them to my note thingie.
