The important one is the guy who's surrendering.  Part of a comic/novel my brother and I have been working on for years now. 
Obviously it's not a completed drawing nor will it ever be.  I'm just trying to make a drawing of every character involved.  This one is currently unnamed.

Second OC is a good person. but not at the same time, Lord Salavant is a prophet, a man with magical abilities, Leader of the UAC, (united Antaeus Console, basically this alien planet's UN.) He effects all nations with a humble religion. although not intentionally, he oppresses the Races of Antaeus, including the Cryiss, this gives concern to the Cryiss who live in society, especially Cykera. Some Hate Salavant for his Oppression, But most love him because he ended centuries of war, and gave the planet peace.
