I dislike that Hoxton Breakout gives less experience, but I feel like this could be an all around good change to the objective based missions where you need to secure loot.

I disagree. I enjoy the fact that I don't have to farm HBO anymore for exp.

So the update kind of evens out experience for a lot of jobs? I can get a lot more xp for a Bank Heist Pro Gold DW now?

I'm not sure because I haven't applied the update yet, but I know it does tell you min and maximum amounts you can get now, so you can just check it by looking at the contracts now.

I mean it in the sense that I enjoy playing Hoxton Breakout and the experience from it is nice.
