I dont need them at the thousands, as many as possible as I earlier stated, morelike. If its one, then one will do; But being stupid isnt the sole factor of espionage, and it is hardly stupid to incite mass rebellion to overthrow the empire that pretty much brought your homeland to its knees.  But if they find that stupid  so be it. I can do all of that myself with my own people, who will work solely withim my interests

You never told me if Tsekēnaum accepted peaceful annexation.  The link is in the PM where I asked you to moderate me.

Various wealthy members of the Tsekēnaum plutocratic government ride up to the Erinamese army, flanked by a couple of crude-looking soldiers. They wish to speak to the Erinamese leadership to discuss the annexation terms.

General Novek  Lieucien III and General Nåvinie ride up to meet them, followed by other officers on horseback.

They list the terms as follows, speaking in Ezbatan:

1) The Tsekēnese military is to be reduced by 80%, and the remaining portion to become a civil defense force, and be administrated under the Erinamese military.
2) Taxes are to be collected for the Erinamese Empire.  Taxes may still be imposed by the incumbent leaders, but must be regulated within acceptable ranges that the Erinamese government dictates.
3) Erinamese law will be put into effect for capital offenses.  Anything less can be dictated by Tsekēnese law.
4) Under a transition period of 20 years, Tsekēnaum will convert to Erinamese coinage.
5) The Tsekēnese sovereignty is to be mandated by Erinaum.
6) Citizenship is to be permitted after a period of five years.  In the time before this status is granted, rights listed below will not be denied, and justice will continue as if under the new system.

Benefits include, but are not limited to free usage of roads and other infrastructure, protection under the Erinamese military, and access to the Spice Road.  Anyone willing to request asylum may have it, but they must not return within a period of 20 years from their requested asylum.

The Erinamese military marches into Tsekēnaum and razes all the buildings, burns all the crops and massacres the population hangs up posters of peaceful Erinamese occupation, written in Ezbatan, Nizol, Erinamese and Katori.  Banners are set side-by-side with Erinamese ones.

They also do not trust Aspidis. It isn't complicated. Aspidis was just a place to come to trade, that's all. They don't know much about the government. They would rather espionage for their country rather than a possible threat against a future Atenisian government.

And that would be Avalonia. I mentioned that the majority went there, obviously because of the close ties between Avalonia and Atenisia.
