Aspidis continues their push into the west, seizing as much as land as possible, pushing a bit more further, before wrapping and, and coming to begin pushing to meet the border back to the border of the northern Aspian coast nearest to them.
After all and all of the coming years nearing the existence of Aspidis, Aspian beast tamers have successfully tamed and trained ninety elephants to serve as beasts of war in their military. Elephants were always present in the lands of Aspidis, a fair amount on their island though they grew even more numerous with the annexation of Ibene, and upon seeing what their destructive power could do, they had always dreamed to use it. And now they can.
Like, I looked up the introduction of elephants, and it was apparently at the beginning of the 4th or somewhere along those lines, so I think that for a nation that's native with the creatures, that of which Aspidis is, 455 or whatever it is now isn't too outrageous.
