As a subscriber: Yes they do.
I never found that to be the case while I was a subscriber.
Levelling up faster is fine, but I didn't find much else changed to make me more powerful than non subscribers.

You're capable of actually using purple "artifact" tier items (which are generally waaay better), and you can have three crew skills instead of just one (and really, they're utterly worthless by themselves, but absolute money and/or usefulness magnets if you have three).  You can also sell more than.. what, one, two things at a time on the market?

That's all that sticks out in my mind right now. I know for certain there were a few other things, though.

Ah, I completely forgot about Artifact authorisation. Yeah, I suppose that does let you gain a benefit.

Plus you get a monthly bonus of cartel points which you can spend on any unlocks and things which you don't have, or weps/armour/mounts (but most of them are mostly cosmetic).

Yeah, nevermind SWTOR then if you definitely don't want a game with P2W aspects.
But really, I don't find them to be that bad, at least in most MMOs. I don't normally feel compelled to pay nor that I'm being restricted by not paying. I don't tend to find it makes a game unenjoyable.

realm of the mad god
if you play with the right people its a really fun game

its technically pay2win but all the things youd pay for can also be found in the game
just takes times

realm of the mad god
eech
I stopped playing that game after the devs who bought out the game starting only caring about money and nothing else.

warframe is great
>warframe
>good
>not p2w

op, there are almost no f2p games that aren't a shameless p2w cash grab.

World of Tanks

not pay to win, but they do entice you to spend money with endgame tanks to shorten the grind.
(But if you have fun tanks, the game never feels grindy)

I'd say Happy Wars, but I don't know about that. They have gold, and I'm usually unevenly matched with supreme veterans on the other team.

And there's happy tickets to get buffs.

And you pay for other things to get OP things.

...OK, that's a Pay to Win game.

do freeware games count? cause I know a good few of those
Cube 2
Tesseract
8 Bit Killer
Osu
Trackmania (because you dont have this right)
Gang Garrison 2 (no thats the actual name)
Ace of Spades/OpenSpades
Synthesia (if you have an actual piano keyboard to plug into it)
Gravity Bone
You can also try this : http://vsrecommendedgames.wikia.com/wiki/Freeware_Games
Or an itunes with free games instead of music : http://dev-fire-gd.sourceforge.net/

I know most of them are shooters, but they're good shooters
Osu is also available for iPhone and iPad and iPod and bla bla bla.

Trackmania Stadium is really the only good one imo
but you already have United so
