well that explains itthe police have said a lot of stuff, they said he stole candy, a cigar, and that he robbed a store, but nothing matches up - also in the EMS call there's nothing about a robbery
however eyewitnesses have said it was basically a police drive-by

basically this. since everyone has a different perspective on how events unfold and the appearances of individuals its virtually impossible to have a bunch of eyewitness testimonies that match to the letter

this is important in criminal cases because all evidence needs to point to a single outcome

Due to the nature of human beings who are against a group, or just want blatant justice against someone who killed someone in self-defense or something, these are things you must know: a video camera does not lie, a sound recording does not lie, a DNA sample most likely does not lie. Humans do. Humans can ask favors of others, humans can be bribed.

It can be used to aid in a case, but CANNOT be used alone if you want to prove someone guilty.
