Well considering the owners of the horror attraction only had empty shells to work with, and then made a discovery, I think they found some animatronic parts.
Then they brought along the empty costumes to use as a reference, and frankenstiened an animatronic and made it really scary.
Then they used the empty parts to decorate the inside of the attraction.

Why is there a box of masks and the figures on the desk of the toy animatronics from the second game even though that takes place before the first game while this game seems to take place after the events of the first game, and why is that fan on the other side of the window?

The description on the Greenlight page doesn't specify which Freddy Fazbear's Pizza location closed thirty years ago. If it were the one from FN@F2, then it would mean that the game takes place in the near-future (2017.)

As for the designs used for the figures on the desk and posters, my guess is that those are new for the exhibit to add to the 'feel' of the walkthrough.

scott is stuffting out these games like they're no big deal so he's either pretty talented or these games are just extremely easy to make.

i mean each game has been objectively better than the last, so i dont actually mind the series. yet.

Golden freddy is in the doorway with no arms nor legs, and no endoskeleton  head and probably not one at all maybe it's a thing for decoration?

^ It's missing it's endoskeleton, not it's exoskeleton.
When the owners of the attraction looked through the old buildings, they found the outer shells of all the animatronics and only one endoskeleton.

While this thing is the last animatronic, it might not be the only threat. The Puppet could be there. And new things.
