Preston Berry is a recurring problem user well-known for exploiting rules and abusing glitches. I've banned him at least three or four times in the past several months.

Although I wasn't the person who banned him this time, I've had trouble with him in the past regarding the Item Repo and baiting prisoners to bypass the freekill system.
