how is that family values? if anything, you're proving my point that if one doesn't side with a favorable view of homoloveuality, one is automatically accused of being a family man/bigot/oppressive person. I don't hate gay people, and I have several gay/bi friends in my friends list on steam and have gay classmates i get along with fine in real life. if you're only saying this because i don't consider homoloveuality to be morally acceptable, then sure, fine, whatever floats your boat, but that doesn't mean at all that i hate or am afraid of people who choose to be gay.
the religion i believe in is not one of universal acceptance or tolerance. god does not accept evil, and he only tolerates it on this earth for the time being so he can be brought greater glory by showing his grace to lost people like me and you, through Jesus Christ. the religion i believe in is one of love. true love. not the loose definition of love that secular society likes to adhere by. love for a person where you care for their eternal soul more than you care about them being comfortable. that's what Jesus did, when he dined and spent his time with sinners and murderers and thieves. he was not there to let them know he accepted their lifestyles, but was there instead to show them the love of God the father, and how what they needed from God (his grace) was much more important than the earthly things they desired.
