I can't hear you over all of these amazing games.
granted, dreamcast did have some unique games that other consoles didnt have, but there are even more games that dreamcast didn't have that other consoles did.

The only game I really know of that was good on the Dreamcast was Starlancer, but that's pretty much it

sonic adventure 1/2

they were on the dreamcast? i thought they were on the gba

maybe im thinking of sonic advance...

but there are even more games that dreamcast didn't have that other consoles did.
You're right, The console that had a 12 year lifespan has way more games then the one that barely had 3.

I was referring to the first several years the PlayStation 2 was out VS the first several years the Dreamcast was out.

Oratorio Tangram (!!!)
Guilty Gear X
Shenmue
One of the better Quake III ports that was cross-compatible with PC for online play
Phantasy Star Online (game was definitely made for the Dreamcast, considering its control scheme)

Wait holy forget it could do this? I never used the multiplayer for Q3A at the time (I was like 6-10 sssh).

The Typing of the Dead
Toy Commander
Sonic Adventure 1 / 2
Skies of Arcadia
shenmue 1 / 2
Phantasy Star Online
Jet Set Radio
Space Channel 5
The House of the Dead 2
Crazy Taxi 1 / 2
ChuChu Rocket
Bomberman Online
Quake 3
Soul Calibur
Marvel vs Capcom 2
Power Stone 1 / 2

These are the games i can think of that were amazing. I think most of those were exclusives too?

Also the Dreamcast version of Soul Calibur totally looked better then the ps2 one, Dreamcast could handle better textures but not as many polygons as the ps2.

and Radiant Silvergun.

(this is where I talk about Oratorio Tangram some more because it's the best loving game ever)

dude edit that post

What, should I mention the means of piracy I used back in 1999?

Shall I link you to the now defunct newsgroups that I dialed up to?

Come on man, don't be so paranoid. I'm talking about something that happened literally 15 years ago.

still bannable :V

Is it really? I mean, maybe you're right but, I dunno. It just feels like it'd be silly to be.

I was speaking of a historical period at which it was well known and established that Dreamcast systems could be pirated for with the sheer technical simplicity of owning a CD drive.

I mean, I guess if the mere mentioning of piracy is a bannable offense, then I accept the forthcoming ban (should it happen) as I won't lie and say I didn't blatantly mention that.

But I really don't think Badspot or the other mods really care that I say something that is in effect nothing more than "hue hue, I may or may not have pirated Dreamcast games once."

But, if I am to stand corrected in the future, let this notice stand witness that I admit guilt to my crime.

MAY THE BLOCKLAND GODS STRIKE ME DOWN.
