BC also proposes the idea of a joint research project with FTI to create very large carbon fibre structures of space elevators that travel from ground to space, that have massive platforms able to carry huge loads, and shipments from space, with spaceports on the space end, for industrial and commercial uses.

Terra Nova can run dry, but we dislike Atenisia for ordering us to move operations on land you do not own.  The Hives are autonomous unless told otherwise.  From a legal standpoint, you were threatening an ally's puppet states.  That land is not your property because you might move there soon.  If you said "Hey, we're moving in here, can you please move your Hive colonies?", then you wouldn't receive any hesitation.

I didn't lie.  I said I would move the mines when I finished mining, I finished mining, and then I caved in the mines.  Scorched Earth, buddy.

You don't get it; Atenisia specifically believes that creating mines and then destroying them literally HURTS the planet; this is an idealogy that brought them to Terra Nova. Creating mines is fine, as long as it is necessary; destroying them with neglect is not.
