So I got golden god when i defeated Dead baby on hard with Azazel.

I dont think i unlocked everything? maybe its just given for beating a full run one hard.

stuff man Isaac got a lot harder than the original.

also just a quick PSA: Skipping devils rooms can actually benefit you greatly.
the only way I managed to win this run was cause I didnt take any of the devil room items, so when I beat Mom, a angel room opened up and Gave me the wafer right before I went into the womb. then after that I got a Holy Grail which gave me flight so I could move around and dodge Isaac pretty easily
If it wasnt for Wafer+Holy grail I probably wouldnt have been able to pull that off

same with Punching bag, he seems pretty underrated until you witness him basically distract Isaac for like 80% of the battle.

I love the item that is a cross with light around it (I think its called holy shield) since it prevents your first hit of damage in a room, which pretty much means that curse rooms are free, "---- Boy" achievements are easier to get, and in the womb and beyond, its a life saver.
