Wait till the feet smash down, hit, and keep moving. It probably the easiest part. The real killers are the Self Delete leeches with Azazel.

So I actually had a sucessful run as The Lost.

Just did a run with Lazarus and I got Brimstone+ third eye+Poison shot+ Homing tears
I also got the Ankh, Guppy's collar and nine lives so I had about 12 lives total.

got lucky and got access to shoel thanks to devil room again (On my laptop I still haven't unlocked the negative, on my main computer I have though.)

finally unlocked the lost and died about 50 or so times. I can't seem to get a decent run in.
