This one seems a bit easier to me, not sure why. I've killed mom's heart several times now, which rarely happened in the original.

The last levels are insanely difficult

I was doing so good with blue baby, and I hadn't unlocked d6 yet. but suddenly, I rerolled my items not knowing that 1 die does that. I rerolled into bobs brain an cursed shot, with terrible other items

Got monstro's lung + polyphemus on the same xl floor, but I was azazel :(

I got to Cathedral for the first time. Tammy's Head is clearly the best item for Azazel, followed by the Holy Mantle.

actually around the world is better with it, because that plus tammys head can 1 shot anything in the game.

I got Golden God a few days ago.

I managed to get a really good Eden run last night that started me out with IPECAC and Bob's Rotten Head, later got a ton of damage upgrades and splash damage

then I blew myself up

EDIT: I also nuked my vending machine so now I'm down about 100 pennies
