Hm, I get out just a little earlier than you. I leave at 2:10, of course the school needs enough time to get 1200 students out, not to mention they have to be able to get all the other schools dismissed at a timely manner. We only have a handful of busses and a lot of schools, each school is an hour behind the last so we have to hurry our asses up.
It was 2:17 for 2013-14, and that's only for first shift students. My school is off a busy highway (off which lives about 95% of the school's students, including me) that runs from St. Louis, MO to St. Clair, MO. All the students who live to the right of the stoplight are on the first shift buses. I'm to the left, so I'm second shift. Second shift buses pick up from the junior high school first so I wouldn't get on until about 2:40.
Now my mom just picks me up from school after 4th hour, and this is probably my final semester before community college so I'm almost outta there.
