The performance issues also seem to be on the Xbox One.

Hopefully they can get a day-1 patch out to fix these issues. That's still no excuse for having a game perform that poorly on retail release.

well i mean unity is a pretty terrible engine to make a game on
 :cookieMonster:

but seriously ubisoft needs to get their loving stuff together

i'm pretty sure they included their "platform parity" across all releases
the game is locked to 900p at 30fps on all platforms, iirc
all because of xbo

man this's a crescendo of stuff going wrong

like a whole apartment's plumbing starts bursting one room to another, and the sewage is gonna keep on coming

...30fps on all platforms, iirc

Their reasoning for locking it at this is total bullstuff.

"its 2 msmooth for eeys and cinematic, we must dnwongrade"

ubisoft and EA have a lot in common: both once made great games, both have shat out stuffty games after stuffty games as of late, and both are gonna be in business for a long, long time

Ubisoft going bankrupt is about as likely as gabe newell losing weight.
Its not gonna happen.

at some point, if you release more and more broken, bland products, you will pay the price, which sounds silly in this videogame-cynic community, but it's been true for almost every other form of entertainment.

and then mcjobless will truly be mc jobless

I wonder how assassins creed: rogue is performing

PC master race is having a field day and I'm loving every second of it

what a surprise
