Ground yourself by touching metal on the case before you touch any of your components. Also, keep the touching to a minimum. Like, don't touch the motherboard on the bottom, hold it by the sides.
Or you can get an ESD mat, they're fun :^)

Better build for a couple bucks more than they amazon one, assuming you're willing to do rebates, which i recommend. Rebates are like making $20 for 15 minutes worth of work. When else will you make $80/hour? XD

Assuming you're referring to Georges link, the only other thing you need is an OS, which is easy to choose
You might also want an optical drive too, but that's pretty much just choose the cheapest one
