Remember the time where Roblox became flooded with FNaF games? Turns out the Roblox staff responded to some C&D/DMCA notice and took down most FNaF games. You may expect less of that crap in the games section. Someone is doing the Robloxian God's work; serves them right for trying to get in on Scott's fame and being unoriginal as all hell.

Roblox links are banned due to them encouraging you to spam links to their site for extra pocket money, so they use the older link that redirects them to the site.
I wouldn't call it a safe "loop hole" to use here.
