Author Topic: iPhone Might Have INTERNAL Damage  (Read 2659 times)

This is literally what I said why are you arguing the same point out of me. He has no case in court for this. I'd love to hear that glass takes this to court and wins.
You were saying he has no evidence, a case like this what kind evidence could there be?
None, not unless he some how managed to cut himself on the phone or something.
There are plenty of cases like this that goes to court, and win.

why dont you just warrentee it for a new one.

i do it every 6 months just for fun from verizon because i dont waste the insurance i pay.
But it was dropped, the warranty doesn't cover that.
Though, isn't the iPhone 6 only a couple of months old?
I said I owned a smartphone for 3 years, my first was a iPhone 5 for two years, then I owned an LG G3 for like, 2 months and switched to an iPhone 6.

If someone broke my phone at school I'd do everything in my power to make sure they or their parents paid for it. I'm not paying for some idiot's actions.

But it was dropped, the warranty doesn't cover that.

lol ok mr honest. like they even give a forget. you just tell them what they wanna hear to be legit.

I got my ds knocked of my hand once at school and the right bumper broke. Mariokart got 20 times harder.

Anyway suing is probably a good bet to do. I mean if my phone broke because of someone being an idiot I would want them to pay up.

if he doesn't want to pay for it, you wont be able to make him, unless you want to pay 500-3000 dollars that you'll never get back

I remember a video from Unbox Therapy talking about a case that has it's own unique design.

Maybe Tech 21's cases might do?

Just go to the principal and say an asshat broke your phone by knocking into you.

Just go from there.

omg im not the only one

I once again restate my argument; deck the cunt.

If your school doesn't have a broken property policy, there's probably some authority you can go to.

He can probably make a claim for only about $15.

FYI Glass, as much as it may sound like a bad idea; the best way to make him pay would probably be by contacting his parents. Getting your own parents involved too will likely increase the chances of success. You can probably request their phone number if you explain the situation to an administrator at the school.
