A game where you be this big-ass wheeled military vehicle and you awkwardly rotate in and move around to destroy other big-ass wheeled military vehicles
Battletanx? World of Tanks? If it isn't those two, here is a list of tank simulator games:

This 1 starwars game. I think you could play as either boba fett-looking people or super battle droids (the ones that seemed to have no head, were grey colored, and shot bullets from their hands). Yeah that game was fun
Were you thinking of Star Wars Battlefront or Star Wars Battlefront 2?

You played as either a human or an alien (probably human), it was a 2d platformer game, and it was an educational math game. There might have been lava too. I literally don't remember anything else about it :/
Could it be Math Blaster?

Could it be Math Blaster?
Hmm, that might be it. After looking at the pictures it definitely looks familiar...

trauma center?

There was this one game on Miniclip about you driving through a city in a cab, while a bunch of cars tried to ram you.
I vaguely remember a Robinsons and Spyro game on the DS.
There was also this one hamsterball-type game on Miniclip that is most likely gone now.

all the games on the sega smash pack besides sonic 2 and kid chameleon, lol.

Probably something with the word "MX" in it.

Edit: oh, and there was this other game for the PS2 that my brother and i rented. it was futuristic racing, there were these weird hover cars, and there was an amazing map creator....
Was it HSX: Hypersonic.Xtreme?
It's pretty much exactly what you just described.
Definitely HSX.
That game was the best.

MX Unleashed, it was the first game I ever got for my PS2 in February 2006 and I still have it.

Gotta love hitting the map border in that classic.

It was this arcade racing game, looked to be about 90's era. I saw it at an arcade once, and it grabbed my attention because it was 8 or so players at once. For the opening demo, it had a panorama across all of the screens. And there was this weird thing where each cabinet had a CCTV and camera hooked up to it, and if you looked up, you could see the faces of the other racers. (It might of been a custom thing for that specific arcade though.)

I remember an old flash game on Newgrounds or something where you played as Mario in a point-and-click adventure. You want to get into Peach's castle for a party but Donkey Kong won't let you in (he's like the security guard). There's a minigame involving rapidly-clicking. I also remember you had to shoot Bowser at the end.
