Basically, a long time ago Port gave me a client-sided script that tracked players I met in-game. I'm not going to release this because it's pretty buggy.
Aoki made something very similar though, if you were looking for a client mod that did this.

Anyways, I've been using this client mod since mid 2012, so a lot of names have stacked up.

It can be used as reference to certain people if they wanted to find someone, so I will be updating this topic every month or so with a new zip of names or people I meet.
The links on the old topic work as well. The old topic was made around 05.13.14, so this is an 8 month update.

Apparently bunker servers that start BL_IDs at 100 sort of forget up the script.
Expect 100-150 to possibly be wrong. :s

EDIT: Also not sure why -1 is in there... It seems to change names from time to time... Weird.

Occasionally players will show up with BLID -1 on the player list.
